Refactoring code a lot.
...
- Common inner class in DataAggregatorDeamon for all period lenghts.
- Removed deletion of data from DataAggregator and
DataSynchronizationClient and put it in a new DataDeletionDeamon
- Moved time constants to a common TimeConstants class
